1）PVC膜材料的面层，在保质期内应具有稳定的抗腐蚀、抗紫外线侵蚀的能力，表面具有自结性能。
2）PVC膜材料在火灾环境中达到熔点后会出现熔洞，熔洞边界燃烧蔓延，但不产生明火。按我国GB8624建筑材料燃烧性能分级方法被定为B1级难燃材料。
3）PVC膜材料的颜色、光线反射与透光率宜满足下表的要求。
